Simple Mini Cherry Pies
Super Simple Cherry Pie:
Ingredients:
One ball of Pate Brisee
Cherry Pie Filling
Cooking Spray
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Roll out half the dough into a thin sheet. Cut out small circles into the dough. Spray muffin tin liberally with Cooking Spray. Press lightly into wells.
3. Pour a spoonful of Cherry Pie Filling into each well. Roll out the other half of dough and cut it into thin strips. Line across pies in a crosshatch fashion, like above.
4. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. (Be careful cooking them. I can't remember if they were supposed to be at 375 or 425.)
Serve hot and enjoy.
Alissa
