Pepper Pinwheels

Pepper Pinwheels:

Ingredients:
Cooking Spray
Cream Cheese spread (of your preference)
4 mini Peppers (Hot, Sweet, Bell)
Pilsbury Pizza roll out Dough


Method:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Roll out dough onto a greased baking sheet. Spread cream cheese across top of dough. Place diced peppers on top of cheese dough. Roll dough, short end to short end. Cut into spirals with a serrated knife. Place flat on baking sheet and cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
