Chris's Fried Rice



Chris's Fried Rice:
1 1/2 cup cooked/ Steamed Rice 
2 eggs
Olive oil
Any of your favorite vegetables

Method:

1.) Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet. Sautee the the rice until heated through. Add vegetables and cook until hot. Crack in two eggs and stir fry until cooked. Salt and Pepper to taste. 


Serves two. Enjoy!
