Lemon Chicken (Today must be chicken day!)
Michele's (Super Delicious) Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
4-6 Frozen Raw Chicken Breasts
Paprika
2 sticks of Unsalted Butter
2 tablespoons Basil
2 tablespoons Parsley, Thyme, or Tarragon
4 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350- 375 degrees.
2. Place frozen chicken in a single layer into a lasagna pan. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with Paprika.
3. Microwave the butter in a bowl on high for 1:00-1:30, or until completely melted. Add Basil and Parsley into the butter; pour in Lemon Juice, stir.
4. Place chicken into the oven for 15 minutes. Pull chicken out and baste the chicken with a baster or a spoon; coat each piece with butter in the pan.
5. Continue step 4 two times. (A total of 45 minutes.) Serve chicken warm.
This is my FAVORITE chicken. My cousin makes this for her family quite a bit, and they love it! Her kids are almost three and five, and are relatively picky. Asher doesn't do well with milk or pork, and Calli is gluten intolerant. Needless to say, we all love it. The picture shows the lemon chicken shredded, but, it is just as yummy! Enjoy.
